A licensed massage therapist with over 1,000 hours of education, Sheila Resari has practiced massage since 2004. Her undergraduate bodywork training offered many modalities that she draws on today: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, Thai massage, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques. Sheilas studies also included Zen shiatsu, integrative bodywork, and sports massage, which influence her current work.
