As an athlete who has overcome his own injuries, Jas has a desire to help individuals regain their pain-free lifestyles. This is what guided him down the path to achieving a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology from The University of British Columbia, and continuing on to acquire his Diploma from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. During his time at UBC, Jas worked closely with the men’s varsity soccer team, in addition to other sports teams in the Vancouver area. These experiences allowed Jas to get a lot of exposure to a variety of sports-related injuries. He is very passionate about patient education and believes teaching his patients proper movement patterns is just as important as the hands of therapy itself. Whether your goal is to recover from a new sports injury or an old nagging pain, Jas’ patient-centred treatment philosophy allows him to create a personalized treatment plan that is most effective for the patient. In his spare time, Jas likes weightlifting, playing soccer, basketball, and he can often be seen playing Spikeball at the beach!
