Registered Massage Therapist Credentials & Certifications: MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200-hour program Treatment Techniques: Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Joint Mobilizations and Glides, PNF Stretching, and Remedial Exercise. Special Interest: I enjoy treating a wide variety of clients and conditions from the everyday injury to the sport related one and everything in between. About me: As a former freestyle wrestler who experienced the benefits of manual therapies for many years, I was driven to become a Registered Massage Therapist returning to my early interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, and body mechanics. In my downtime, I spend as much time as possible with my wife and two kids. We enjoy travelling, camping, day trips to the lake, and just generally being outdoors. I’m also always on the lookout for my next scuba diving destination!
