Born and raised in Saskatoon, SK, I am a physical therapist with an interest in neurological, musculoskeletal, geriatric and community therapy. I obtained my Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025. Before my journey with physical therapy I completed my undergraduate degree in Physiology and Pharmacology, also at USask. I have a personal passion for an active lifestyle and movement including yoga, running, skateboarding, and coaching at Rise Strength Lab that I can draw on to inspire and connect with patients. I seek to empower my patients by giving them the tools and confidence they need to take control of their recovery. My goal is to maximize function and mobility while keeping personal goals at the center of care.
