Catherine’s passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance has grown in part due to her extensive history competing in sport, including competing at the national level in track & field, and coaching athletes in the weight room, pool and on the field. She has a passion for health and fitness and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love. Catherine completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria.
