Tarek’s healthcare journey began in Tunisia, where he earned a degree in physiotherapy in 2015. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and movement. After relocating to Canada, Tarek expanded his expertise by becoming a licensed massage therapist and completing his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice. Tarek also recognizes the essential role movement plays in overall health and physical well-being. His passion for functional movement and strength training led him to become a certified CrossFit trainer. With over 10 years of diverse healthcare experience, Tarek offers personalized care that addresses the symptoms and root causes of musculoskeletal conditions. His broad knowledge of the body’s systems and structures, combined with his belief in its ability to heal naturally, enables him to use manual therapy to support long-term recovery. Tarek integrates therapeutic touch, functional movement, and strength training into his treatments, helping the body’s self-healing mechanisms to support long-term healing and well-being.
