Candida DeVivo LMBT 14886 I am a graduate of The Medical Arts School in Raleigh, NC. My massage technique integrates the training I have received in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Reflexology. I am passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind. I work with the client to assess and achieve the individual’s needs, whether it is athletic, preventative, rehabilitation, or relaxation. I believe in educating my clients about the soft tissue and working together to develop a wellness plan for improving their quality of life.
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
