Tabitha Shockley, LMT, has taken an interest in assisting people in achieving their healing and health goals. A graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork, she takes a holistic approach to her massages, believing that the body works in unison with the mind and spirit, striving to maintain balance at all times and if not resulting in some type of dysfunction found within the body. By listening to the needs of her clients and connecting with the story their bodies are telling, she is able to give each client an experience that will help them achieve their own healing. Tabitha enjoys giving relaxing Swedish and Prenatal massages, as well as Sports massage. No matter where you are on your journey to healing, she will meet you there and help you reach your goals.
A body-led session that blends therapeutic techniques, movement, and intuitive touch to meet you where you are. Each session is guided by what your body is holdingtension, pain, or restrictionsupporting release, recovery, and deeper awareness. This is not a routine massage, but a responsive experience that adapts in real time.
