As an RMT, Tempo enjoys supporting your life’s adventures (and subsequent recovery) - whether that’s chasing a toddler around, a bike-packing trip, an intense weekend of dance rehearsals, training for a marathon, or many hours spent immobilized with a favourite video game. They aim to co-create massage experiences that feel both relaxing + therapeutic. Tempo believes there is immense value both in approaching massage in a specific, targeted way, and in taking time to slow down, feel present in your body, and simply enjoy a physical experience that feels relaxing, pleasant, and safe. They work from the perspective that massage does not ‘fix,’ but supports your body’s own brilliant healing process.
