Sukhmani Basran is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (2016). She is rostered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for internal pelvic health exams and has completed Level 1 pelvic health training. Sukhmani uses a hands-on, exercise-based approach and integrates advanced techniques such as manual therapy, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), and cupping to provide comprehensive care. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, joint pain, muscle strains, and postural issues. In addition, she provides pelvic health physiotherapy, supporting individuals with concerns such as incontinence, and core rehabilitation. Sukhmani is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and is passionate about empowering patients through education, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based practice.
Includes an assessment and treatment. Based on your treatment plan, treatment may consist of: 15-20 minutes of manual treatment, modalities (IFC, laser, shockwave, spinal traction, and/or ultrasound) and exercise prescription. Appointment can take between 40-60 min, depending on the complexity of the complaint presented.
