A fully customized therapeutic session of massage and/or assisted stretching techniques tailored to your body’s needs that day. Postural assessment is conducted during intake. Two enhancement modalities are included and selected during your session based on your goals. Modalities include: Kinesio Tape, Hot Stones, Pain Relieving Ointment, Cupping (Vacuum Therapy) and Redlight Therapy.
