Stephanie Bewley (BKin, Acadia University; MSc, University of Birmingham) is a Registered Physiotherapist in both Canada and the UK and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). In the UK, Steph was the student therapist trainer for University of Birmingham’s men’s volleyball and soccer teams and played libero on the women’s volleyball team, which brought home the gold in her first year. Steph has worked with athletes from the OCAA, USports, and the CEBL, and she is currently working with the men’s basketball team at Georgian College. Steph truly believes that everything first starts with educating her patients so that they become more knowledgeable about their injury or condition. Secondly, she emphasizes the importance of exercise as medicine! As a strength and conditioning coach, Steph is adamant about designing a specific and individualized program for each and every single one of her patients. Steph is dedicated to continuing her education and evolving her skills in order to grow in her practice through evidence based literature and help you get back to what you love doing!
