I've been involved in sports for my whole life. Prior working as a massage therapy, I was a fencing coach for almost 20 years. Seeing athletes (and myself) in pain due to overuse, I returned to school to study Massage Therapy. Using the knowledge I've gained, I have particular focus on restoring bodies to their full potential. Regardless of your activity or goal, I hope we can work together to relieve pain and encourage healing. I like to work with deeper pressure, using range of motion exercises and stretching to support smooth, natural movement. When I'm not working with clients, I love to travel with my wife, do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and play tabletop games.
This is a relaxing massage. Oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. It is a whole-body Swedish massage that uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. Essential oils of your choice: Lavender, Frankincense or Lemongrass. The ankles stretched with a warm towel for a clean refreshed feeling!
