“Each of us has a unique part to play in the healing of the world.” -Marianne Williamson, So a little about me, I started my personal healing journey like many others during the pandemic in 2020. I became attracted to holistic medicine and the ideas that we heal ourselves through movement, affirmations and self reflection. Although new to the professional side of holistic health, I’ve always had a connection to this view of life. With a passion for yoga, meditation, and finding the good in people, massage quickly became a way to further connect myself to the world. My number one goal, for my client, is like a weighing scale. I want you to be relaxed and comfortable, taking a moment for yourself to disconnect from the outside world; while doing various body mechanics providing a therapeutic side to help you physically feel better than when you came in. “Healing hands” is a term many of my previous clients used to describe my massage style, and I strive to provide the same healing to my new clients at Phoenix!
