Lindsay is a physiotherapist with extensive experience in treating persistent and complex pain conditions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University in 2007 and began her career as a Kinesiologist before completing her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2011. Committed to lifelong learning, Lindsay has completed numerous advanced courses in persistent pain management, manual therapy, functional dry needling, and the treatment of pelvic health conditions. Her approach is rooted in a client-centred, biopsychosocial model — empowering individuals through education, movement, and personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to their unique needs. Growing up in the Lower Mainland, Lindsay participated in a wide range of sports, which sparked her passion for health, fitness, and ultimately the rehabilitation process. She strongly believes in the power of movement to support overall health and well-being, and she is dedicated to helping people pursue their passions and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Lindsay can be found spending time with her family and friends, chauffeuring her two children to their activities, exploring the outdoors, running, and strength training.
