Dr. Adam Hernandez was born on a Navy base in Yokosuka, Japan where his father served in the US Navy. He spent his childhood years on Maui naturally settling into island life and becoming a part of the culture. After graduating with his Chiropractic degree at Logan University, he sought to teach patients his mindfulness approach to movement. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and welcomes them to his practice, regardless of where they are at in their health journey. In his off time, Dr. Adam enjoys hiking out in nature with his dog, juggling, and expressing movement in flow arts.
