Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, which correspond to different organs and systems of the body. This holistic technique aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Reflexology is often used to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.
Lymphatic Drainage
A Brazilian Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage session is essential for reducing swelling, preventing fibrosis, and accelerating healing after cosmetic procedures like liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, and facelifts. The initial appointment focuses on assessing the client’s condition, promoting lymphatic flow, and ensuring proper post-op recovery. 1. Consultation & Assessment Review of Surgery & Medical History – Understanding the type of procedure, healing progress, and any potential complications. Checking for Swelling & Fibrosis – Evaluating the level of post-op swelling, bruising, and any early signs of fibrosis (hardened tissue). Identifying Drainage Points – Examining how the body is responding to the procedure and determining the best lymphatic drainage pathways. 2. Hands-On Brazilian Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage Treatment Gentle, Targeted Manual Drainage – Light but effective massage techniques encourage the removal of excess fluids and toxins. Focusing on Lymph Nodes – Directing swelling toward the body’s natural filtration system (neck, armpits, groin). Customized Pressure – Working within the client’s pain tolerance while preventing fluid buildup and fibrosis formation. Avoiding Incision Sites (if necessary) – Ensuring the treatment is safe and does not disrupt healing wounds or stitches. 3. Additional Post-Op Recovery Support Cold Therapy or Compression Guidance – Helping reduce inflammation and bruising. Red Light Therapy (if applicable) – Promoting faster healing and reducing post-op discomfort. Faja (Compression Garment) Check – Ensuring the client is wearing the correct size for optimal results.
