I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 and love my work. Helping people step away from the fray of life's demands to meet their relaxation and bodywork goals has been such a blessing! I offer the following branches of massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Hot Stone. I always share the importance of stretching and incorporate them into the massage when possible. I enjoy working the muscles and tissues in these most sought-after areas: neck, shoulders, and hips. I graduated from Academy of Healing Arts in West Palm Beach, FL and returned home to open a business in the historical district of Cookeville, TN. in 2007. Terra Touch Massage first opened its' doors on 4th and Mahler St. just down the road from the Cookeville hospital and a year later moved into the historic, Cream City district across from the train depot at 123 W. Broad St. The business was later moved to a bigger facility at 103 W. Main St. and named Algood Massage & Wellness Center, LLC.
