This service is ideal for anyone looking to move better, improve mobility, learn how to use gym equipment, or begin/progress a personalized exercise program. Your initial session includes a movement screen and guidance on technique, mobility, and exercise selection based on your goals. This is followed by a 1-hour follow-up appointment where your therapist will provide a custom movement and exercise program.
