Caroline uses a holistic and collaborative approach to massage. She will take the time to get to know you, your lifestyle, values and previous experiences to come up with a treatment plan to reach your goals. She will typically begin by using relaxation techniques to transition from the busy outside world to the treatment space where the patient can focus on themself and their healing. Treating in the Greater Victoria area since graduating from Camosun’s massage therapy program has exposed her to a diverse range of patients from all walks of life and experience working with a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. She has found particular interest in headaches, pain science, and sports recovery. Along with traditional Swedish massage, she utilizes the benefits of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, and lymphatic drainage. Caroline uses a variety of pressures, adapting based on the needs of the patient. Her educational homecare recommendations take into account the whole person, their individual abilities and needs, and personal values. Outside of work, you can find Caroline at various drop-in classes fitness activities, as well as spending time exploring our beautiful via paddle board, or spending some quality indoor time with a good book and fresh baking. *Please note: Due to ingredient sensitivity, please do not wear or use strongly scented products to your appointment.
