My practice blends *relaxation, therapeutic (not deep tissue), and lymphatic massage.* I'm trained in Dr. Vodder's lymphatic drainage and post-operative techniques, supporting needs ranging from general wellness (swelling, water retention, inflammation) to pre- and post-surgical healing, cancer care, and lymphedema management. Learning MLD introduced me to an entirely different population that needed assistance, and that curiosity led me to other interesting courses — including *face-focused massage* for the scalp and neck. It's a helpful approach for jaw tension, headaches, whiplash, facial palsy, relaxation, and more. Whether you're dealing with an acute injury, repetitive strain from the desk or gym, a chronic condition, or some much-needed me-time, I bring an evidence-informed, client-centered approach to every session — and I aim to make you feel comfortable and at ease.
