As a massage therapist, I’m dedicated to supporting my clients through personalized, client-centered care. The basis of my approach is creating a safe, comfortable space for each client by creating custom treatments to meet my clients’ individual needs, whether they are looking to recover from an injury, relieve tension, or just to unwind and relax. I completed my BHK in Movement Science at the University of Windsor in 2022, and graduated with a Massage and Hydrotherapy Diploma from the Canadian College of Health Science & Technology in early 2025. During my training, I developed strong knowledge and skills in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, and other techniques such as trigger point release and fascial work. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, and I am committed to continuing to grow my skills toolkit over time. I’m excited to continue my journey as an RMT and to support you in your wellness goals!
