Kathryn is originally from Ontario and spent over a decade living in beautiful British Columbia. In 2023, she completed the massage therapy program from Kootenay Columbia College in Nelson, BC, beginning a meaningful second career rooted in her long-standing interest in health, movement, and the mind–body connection. Kathryn has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph and is a Registered Massage Therapist with Active Release Technique Level 1 Full Body and Nerve certification. She is known for her thoughtful, intuitive approach and her genuine curiosity about how each individual body presents on a given day. Her treatments are responsive and collaborative, shaped by what your body needs in the moment.
