Sports Medicine Centre

Eric is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), he holds a diploma in Massage Therapy from Willis College (2026) and a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Algonquin College (2023). He also serves as Clinic Manager at the Sports Medicine Centre, where he plays an active role in both patient care and the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Eric is a certified Level 2 Fascia Stretch Therapist (FST), providing assisted, table-based stretching that targets fascia as well as muscle and connective tissue. His treatments aim to improve flexibility/mobility, reduce pain, and support both recovery and performance. FST can be integrated into rehabilitation or used proactively to maintain movement and function. With a strong athletic background, Eric has competed at a high level in hockey, track and field, and most notably in bobsleigh. He represented Team Canada Bobsleigh on the international stage during the 2021–2022 season. His experience in high-performance sport continues to shape his approach to treatment, performance, and injury prevention. In addition to FST, Eric incorporates strength and movement-based assessment tools to help patients better understand their bodies and identify areas for improvement. His approach is individualized, whether working with athletes or individuals recovering from injury. Eric is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and perform at their best - both in sport and in everyday life.
