Xiomara Atwood, L.Ac. is a nationally licensed acupuncturist trained at the New England School of Acupuncture. She specializes in sports acupuncture, pain and injury rehabilitation, women’s health, general wellness, and the treatment of stress and anxiety. With a background in yoga teacher training and Thai massage, Xiomara brings a holistic, movement-informed approach to healing and recovery. She is available for appointments on Wednesdays.
This relaxing warming treatment uses mugwort herb to warm and stimulate the function of the body’s immune system, organ function, musculoskeletal function, rehabilitation, and overall qi/vitality of the body. This treatment stimulates the body to increase the immune system of the body, reduce pain, strengthen overall vitality, organ and circulatory function.
