Mathew completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at St. George’s, University of London (UK), following an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Through his training and clinical experience, he has built a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, working with diverse patient populations across multiple stages of recovery. Coming from an athletic background, Mathew has personally navigated the challenges of injury and rehabilitation. These experiences shape his clinical approach, as he listens closely to each patient and translate their unique concerns and goals into actionable strategies, bringing a practical, results-oriented perspective to care. His treatment style emphasizes individualized treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Taking a holistic approach, Mathew delivers evidence-based care that addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction while empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery. His goal is to help patients achieve sustainable improvements and return to the activities they enjoy. Mathew is dedicated to continuous professional development and stays current with research and advancements in physiotherapy, ensuring his practice aligns with best practices. Outside the clinic, he leads an active lifestyle and enjoys working out at the gym, skiing, playing pickleball, and travelling to explore new experiences.
