Hello, my name is Jeff Phillips, LMT and I am the proud owner and Licensed Massage Therapist at Ultra Performance Massage and Bodywork in Concord, New Hampshire. My excitement for massage and bodywork came about after my thruhike of the Appalachian Trail in 2008. I visited The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, North Carolina and knew I wanted to learn to be a massage therapist. Since then, I have worked with many people in New Hampshire and am proud to be offering my services to all of you. I specialize in an Integrative Style with foundations in Mindfulness and breathing.
