Hello, my name is Rachel, and I am a massage therapist based in Philadelphia. My massage style combines traditional Swedish massage with deeper cross-fiber friction techniques. I believe that open communication between client and massage therapist is key to a great massage, and I tailor each massage to the individual’s unique needs. Massage can help clients become aware of their body and start the healing journey. I find it rewarding to be part of that process. When I’m not at Sanctuary, I’m pursuing my passions for visual art and comedy.
