Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

Please choose this option if you are a new patient. Your first appointment will include a comprehensive history and physical assessment of your complaints. We will discuss the results and diagnosis of your assessment, as well as, recommend a treatment plan to specifically meet your needs and preferences. If indicated, treatment will also be delivered.
