Meet Alanna Lenko, Registered Kinesiologist Alanna is a dedicated Kinesiologist who is passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and regain their independence through active rehabilitation. She specializes in working with clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents with active ICBC claims, guiding them through personalized exercise programs to restore strength, mobility, and function. Her approach focuses on helping clients return to work, daily activities, and the activities they love with confidence. Alanna graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and is a registered member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She believes in a holistic and movement-based approach to rehabilitation, ensuring that each client receives a program tailored to their unique needs and goals. Outside of work, Alanna enjoys exploring the outdoors, hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach with her dog, and traveling to new places. Initial Kinesiology Assessment (60min)

During initial kinesiology session, you'll meet with a kinesiologist to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. The kinesiologist will assess your movement, strength, flexibility, and posture. Based on the assessment, they'll create a personalized plan with exercises, stretches, and lifestyle recommendations to improve your physical well-being.
