Enhanced Healing Massage Therapy
After graduating high school in her hometown of Penticton, BC, Cori set out to explore her passions in the health and wellness space. She started with a certificate in Nutrition, then completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught yoga for 3 years. Cori graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2024 before returning home to the beautiful Okanagan to begin her practice. Cori uses a variety of modalities during her treatments including: general Swedish techniques, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, PNF stretching and joint mobilizations. She believes that when we present with pain and/or dysfunction, it is necessary to address all aspects of our being - physical, mental, and emotional. For this reason, she uses a holistic approach by incorporating breath and other relaxation techniques into her treatments. Cori has a particular interest in women’s health, including pre and post natal, as well as treating headaches and intraoral massage for TMJ dysfunction. She is eager to expand her knowledge in these areas through experience and continued education. In her spare time, Cori loves being outdoors, hiking, going to spin and yoga classes, cooking and listening to podcasts. Please note that she is not accepting ICBC patients at this time. Cori would like to thank you in advance for trusting her to aid you on your journey towards your best self.
