Yasaman is a registered physiotherapist who completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen University. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, she completed Bachelor of Science (Hons) from University of Toronto. She is fluent in both English and Farsi. In addition to her professional physiotherapy degree, Yasaman has taken many continuing education courses including Acupuncture, Taping, Soft tissue release and advanced levels in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treatment of neck and back problems and extremities. Yasaman has also successfully completed level I exam of the Orthopedic Division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Yasaman’s treatment approach focuses on evidence based, client centered approach through a combination of hands-on techniques, exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities and client education to achieve optimal results. During her spare time, Yasaman enjoys running, biking, and traveling.
