Kayla brings a deep passion for helping others move, feel, and live better—both in daily life and athletic performance. With a background in kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge and professional training from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she brings a thoughtful and informed approach to care. Kayla focuses on sustainable, results-driven treatments and is dedicated to empowering her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to take an active role in their health and well-being. Originally from Williams Lake, BC, Kayla grew up immersed in sports, community, and the outdoors. Her athletic journey led her from sports like baseball, hockey, and rugby to the global stage as a member of the National Senior Women’s Rugby 7s team. With over a decade-long career, she proudly represented Canada as a two-time Olympian (2016, 2020), Olympic bronze medalist, World Cup finalist, and two-time Pan-American Games champion. Kayla’s accomplishments have earned her multiple historic milestones with Rugby Canada, including two Hall of Fame inductions. Outside the clinic, you’ll often find Kayla exploring the outdoors with her dog Finnigan, coaching or playing rugby, and spending time with the people she loves. Her dedication, experience, and approachable nature make her a trusted partner in your wellness journey.
