I am a pelvic health and orthopaedic physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience. After moving to Canada in 2014, I expanded my training in chronic pain, pelvic floor rehabilitation, endometriosis-related pain, pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain, breastfeeding support, and infant physiotherapy. My approach to pelvic health is also informed by my own experience with pelvic pain and recovery, which shapes my compassionate and patient-centered style of care. I provide pelvic health physiotherapy for concerns including pelvic pain, pain with physical intimacy, prolapse, incontinence, and constipation. I have a strong focus on pregnancy and postpartum care, including labour preparation, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding and infant support such as positioning, latch, torticollis, jaw and neck tension, plagiocephaly, mastitis, and plugged ducts. I also support clients with orthopaedic and complex conditions, including hypermobility spectrum disorders and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I have completed the Ehlers-Danlos Society ECHO program for Allied Health Professionals and am currently working toward certification in Visceral Manipulation to further support my clients. My care is collaborative and individualized, focused on helping clients understand their bodies, identify contributing factors, and work toward meaningful functional goals in a safe and supportive environment. Outside the clinic, I enjoy long walks with my dog Jasper and spending time outdoors with my family.
