I began working therapeutically and educationally with people and their bodies in 2011 as an ATC in the Sports Medicine world, transitioned to the world of Outdoor Recreation & Education where I worked in guiding, Search & Rescue, and still teach Wilderness First Aid. My current career in Massage Therapy allows me to connect with people more directly and to integrate my deep background in Kinesiology and Physiology with my more recent journeys into Reiki and energetics. I love gathering knowledge and skills from many sources, and being able to bring those things into my practice to help reach people where they are at and support them in their healing. I also strive to maintain a trauma-informed practice and value client education and empowerment. Whether you're looking for gentle relaxation for mind and body, want deep tissue work for chronic tension, or have an energetic intention for your session, I am happy to work with you. Specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, but I love to talk more about what you and your body are experiencing, to create a session to support your treatment goals.
