With a background in sports like rugby, dance, taekwondo, and soccer, I’ve always been fascinated by how the body moves, adapts, and recovers. My interest in anatomy was first sparked in high school sports medicine class, and that curiosity quickly evolved into a passion for helping others move better, feel better, and live pain-free. I’m fascinated by the body’s intricate systems and how everything is interconnected. I’m continuously learning and expanding my knowledge to better support my clients. To deepen my understanding of the body’s natural functions and complex systems, I completed an advanced 3,000-hour massage therapy program. I specialize in deep tissue massage, sports therapy, fascial work, and trigger point therapy– tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs, whether that means recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or improving athletic performance. My approach is hands-on, focused, and therapeutic- designed to restore function, reduce pain and increase range of motion, so you can return to the activities you love with confidence and ease.
Massage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that uses rhythmic, circular movements to stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid in the body. This technique is performed by a trained therapist and involves light pressure applied to specific areas of the body to encourage lymphatic drainage. The lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins and waste from the body, and MLD helps to improve lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, and boost the immune system. It can also help with conditions such as lymphedema, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Benefits of MLD may include: Reducing swelling and edema Improving immune system function Relieving pain and discomfort Reducing inflammation Improving skin tone and texture Enhancing relaxation and reducing stress
