BFA, LMT: I am a 2007 graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. I believe in a holistic approach to health. As an ultra distance runner I am well aware of the needs of athletes at the various stages of their performance. I integrate a variety of modalities to create an individualized session based on your therapeutic goals including Injury Massage, Structural Integration, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish, and Reflexology.
A synchronized bodywork experience where two therapists work on you at the same time. Each therapist works in complementary patterns, creating a rhythmic flow that can feel like a full-body choreography. The session often combines techniques such as long sweeping strokes, kneading, and focused pressure, allowing your muscles to relax more quickly and deeply. Because your brain can’t keep up with the simultaneous input, it often encourages a faster drop into deep relaxation and can feel almost meditative.
