Heather received her training from Touching America Clinic and School of Massage Therapy, and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. She has taken additional training in Prenatal Massage, Thai Massage, Reflexology for the hands and feet, and Cupping. Heather will be adding Lymphatic Drainage Massage to her education in December of 2023 and looks forward to adding this service in the future. With experience working in a Chiropractic office, she has seen patients for migraine/headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatic pain, hip pain, rotator cuff pain, carpel and cubital tunnel, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, and general muscle tension and relaxation. Heather uses a combination of deep and light pressure, along with stretching and relaxation techniques to give her clients maximum benefits. Each massage is custom to the clients needs and no two are the same! Heather has lived in Maumelle since 2009. She enjoys family time with her husband Scott and daughter Aubrey, hanging out with their friends, seasonal gardening, and attending church at Cedar Heights Baptist Church.
