I have always been intrigued and fascinated by the human body/psyche and its ability to heal from injury/trauma. I grew up in a diverse environment and was blessed to have traveled and lived abroad. I studied at the University of Tripoli Medical School in 1999. Moving forward I attended school in Canada and graduated as a physical therapist assistant in 2005 from CDI College, since than I have worked in numerous clinic settings mostly that of a sports orthopedics nature It has brought great joy and satisfaction to be able to provide care to patients and assist them towards healing and meeting there goals. Attending Bellevue massage school in 2010 and shortly after acquiring a certification in Manual ligament therapy , active isolated stretching and myokinesthetics. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, playing guitar, and attending concerts. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
