Jayme is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.AC) (2015) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) (2008). She believes that relaxation is the key to restoring the health, comfort and mobility of her clients. As an RMT she has successfully treated lumbago, rotator cuff strains, frozen shoulder, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, tension related headaches, whiplash pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and thoracic outlet syndrome. Jayme uses Swedish Massage, myofascial release, cranial-sacral therapy, strain/counter-strain and acupuncture in her treatments. Through her Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine training Jayme has discovered a deeper approach for tackling the root of her client’s conditions. She has successfully treated fibromyalgia, digestive concerns, sinusitis and gynaecological problems. Jayme actively listens to her clients while encouraging them to view their health holistically; through a lens of body, mind and spirit. She inspires her clients to change the habits that contribute to their discomfort and to take an active role in their own recovery.
Massage
Experience a deeply relaxing treatment that combines therapeutic massage with calming facial care techniques to ease tension and restore a sense of balance. This treatment focuses on the face, jaw, scalp, neck, and shoulders, using a combination of relaxation massage, gentle fascial techniques, lymphatic drainage, facial sculpting techniques, Gua Sha, warm stones, and hot towels. It is designed to release muscular tension, encourage relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. To enhance the experience, we use clean, aromatic seasonal facial products that provide a luxurious sensory element throughout the treatment. Seasonal products may include Green Envee Facial Cleansing Oil, Cream Cleanser, and an optional Seasonal (Now til Sept 15) Raspberry Mask. Please let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or fragrance sensitivities before your appointment so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.
Acupuncture
If this is your first time receiving Acupuncture at our clinic then this is the treatment for you. You may also want to book this length of treatment if you need additional work beyond just needling such as Tuina massage.
