Darlene Mielcarek LMT has been doing Massage Therapy since 1996. She is also NCBTMB "Board certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork" 1996 A Reiki Master since-1998, as well as a Master Shiatsu, Knows ALL forms of massage therapy. Which includes Myofascia release, Craniosacral therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Shiatsu, Cupping therapy - Dry and Fire, Trigger point therapy, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Medical and Sports massage just to name a few. Her Therapuetic sessions are tailored to each individual she works on.
Massage
Pregnancy Massage- Focus's on relieving stress and calms our expecting mother's at any stage of pregnancy. Sessions and techniques vary. Very Nurturing for her Soul! Aroma therapy and Reflexology can be added.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. This does effect and will effect every part of your body and is wonderfully relaxing! Aroma oils can also be used in these sessions!
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries toxins away from the tissues back toward the heart to be recycled. Calms the nervous system. Great for faster Muscle recovery.
