Michelle is a Registered Physiotherapist passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her approach centres on individualized treatment plans that integrate education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy. Her passion for physical wellness and rehabilitation began through participating in a variety of sports from a young age. This drive led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa. During her studies in Ottawa, Michelle gained experience as a Student Trainer for both the women’s and men’s volleyball teams, developing practical skills she now brings to her clinical practice. She continued to advance her knowledge and skills by earning her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. Committed to lifelong learning, she completed the National Orthopedic Division’s Level 1 and Level 2 (upper) courses, as well as Functional Dry Needling through Evidence in Motion. Outside the clinic, Michelle enjoys running, bouldering, playing basketball, along with many other activities. Michelle is happy to provide care in both English and French.
