Jessica is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and has been practicing since October 2024. Her approach to care is client-centered and evidence-informed, grounded in a strong foundation of trauma-informed practice developed over 10 years of experience working in mental health and addictions. Jessica offers a range of therapeutic techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, and rehabilitative treatment. She has experience treating a variety of conditions such as whiplash, sprains and strains, tendinitis, muscle tension, and postural imbalances. Jessica also provides intraoral massage to support clients experiencing jaw-related concerns such as TMJ dysfunction. She works with individuals across the lifespan — from children to seniors — and tailors each treatment to the unique needs, goals, and comfort levels of her clients. Jessica strives to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care. At this time, Jessica focuses on therapeutic, evidence-based treatments that prioritize function, mobility, and techniques aligned with current understanding of nervous system involvement in musculoskeletal conditions, rather than using sustained deep-tissue pressure.
