Kennedy graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2024. Growing up in an active household and competing in swimming, she was first introduced to the benefits of massage therapy at a young age. Through her own experience with the physical demands of training and competition, Kennedy came to appreciate how massage therapy helps with recovery, injury prevention, and overall well-being. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal performance and recovery by using a comprehensive, whole-body approach that addresses both their immediate needs and long-term wellness goals. As a massage therapist, Kennedy uses a variety of techniques in her treatments, including trigger point release, deep tissue, myofascial release, and Swedish. She believes it is essential to understand each client’s unique needs and goals in order to tailor the most effective techniques and create a personalized treatment plan that supports their individual path to recovery and wellness. Outside of her practice, Kennedy enjoys staying active by running, cycling, and practicing yoga, as well as experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
