I am Katie Salter, a dedicated and certified remedial massage therapist with a passion for promoting wellness and relaxation. I finished my remedial massage therapy course in Edmonton in 2011. With 13 years of experience in the field, I have honed my skills to provide personalized and rejuvenating massage sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Remedial massage is a massage type that is designed to treat both deep and superficial tissues. Remedial massage has a wide range of skilled techniques used to manipulate soft tissues. Remedial massage can be used specifically for relaxation or to reduce pain and normalize the body's muscles and soft tissues. Whether you seek relief from muscle tension, stress reduction, or simply a blissful escape, I am committed to creating a customized session that addresses your specific concerns and leaves you feeling revitalized. I have a unique ability to be able to empathize with my clients pain from injuries and/or other health related issues. I myself struggled with Fibromyalgia when I was younger and have also been through two surgeries following an accident in 2018 when I broke my left knee. I therefore love helping people overcome pain and feel their best. I believe in the profound impact of massage therapy on both the body and mind. My goal is to facilitate a healing experience that goes beyond the physical, promoting holistic well-being and a sense of harmony. Each session is an opportunity for self-care, relaxation, and renewal. Feel free to reach out to schedule your massage session or to discuss any specific concerns you may have. I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your well-being.
