MLD is a technique that uses light, gentle touch to move excess fluid out of the tissues into a place where the lymphatic system is working normally. This is a specialist technique that feels like the skin is being moved/brushed not rubbed or kneaded like in massage. Helps with pre and post surgery, fibromyalgia and more. Weekly sessions maybe required
