Appointment includes a detailed history, discussion of goals, general movement screen and assessment of the lumbo-pelvic region, which may include an internal pelvic floor exam at your comfort level. We will work together to establish an initial program and future plan that work towards your goals based on your exam. This appointment is appropriate for those experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, as well as prenatal and postpartum physio.
