THIS IS FOR RESIDENTS OF 435 WELLINGTON ST ONLY. Initial Assessment will include a thorough patient history and physical assessment. This is to determine what proper care will be given. Remaining time will be used towards explanation of findings and treatment. (*Up to 1 hour appointment. If appointment is shorter than 1 hour, it will still include 30 minutes worth of treatment*)
