Freeman was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong(CUHK). After graduation, she worked as a Chinese medicine practitioner in UCN Chinese Medicine Clinic cum Training and Research Centre of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, mainly responsible for clinical consultation services. She also had to provide TCM outreach services at hospital wards, TCM promotion services namely holding talks and writing website articles. She also founded the TCM educational social media platform named fmher_bal and it’s now steadily growing. Freeman also gained precious experience and a good reputation in her freelance dealing with obscure diseases. In 2024, Freeman successfully passed the Pan-Canadian Examinations and is now a registered Chinese medicine practitioner in both Hong Kong and Canada BC. Freeman is experienced in treating pain disorders, Psychiatric, Neurology and Neurosis symptoms with traditional Chinese medicine treatments. Apart from that, Freeman would love to provide patients with holistic care in terms of diet and lifestyle suggestions and counselling according to patients’ needs.
