Gopi is a physiotherapist who completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia, following her experience working as a Kinesiologist. She grew up in Vancouver, and played many sports including soccer, basketball, and ice hockey. She was a former high level varsity soccer athlete, and truly understands the demands of sports and competing at a high level. Soccer also helped develop Gopi’s extensive coaching background, allowing her to share and transfer her experience to the soccer community. Gopi believes in empowering clients to take responsibility of their rehabilitation through supportive advice and engagement. She also believes in a collaborative approach to optimize your movement potential, so that you get back to things that matter most in life. She is immensely passionate about providing education to her clients with respect to their movement, rehabilitation, and just learning more about the body. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing soccer, going for hikes, and snowboarding. You’ll also find her pursuing her passion for baking cakes, and having a tremendous amount of fun playing video games.
